I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your site?Sorry! Tickets must be purchased with a major credit or debit card.

How are wedding cancellations and postponements handled?Occasionally, weddings are cancelled by the family. If this problem occured, and you purchased your tickets online you will receive a refund or exchange for that wedding.

Do I need to make an account to purchase tickets on your website?No, we don’t require customers to create an account with us to purchase tickets.

What if I don't receive my tickets?If you do not receive your tickets by 3 business days, call our Customer Service Department immediately. Be prepared with the confirmation number for your account, or the purchasing Credit Card. The agent will determine the nature of the problem.
