If you do not receive your tickets by 3 business days, call our Customer Service Department immediately. Be prepared with the confirmation number for your account, or the purchasing Credit Card. The agent will determine the nature of the problem.
Occasionally, weddings are cancelled by the family. If this problem occured, and you purchased your tickets online you will receive a refund or exchange for that wedding.
